Since all of madison's outgrown toys are in the "spare" room upstairs, which now is Andrew's room, I have to have somewhere to put that stuff. Our gameroom already has the swing, bouncers, jumperoo, etc in it, waiting for Andrew to use (can't WAIT till he's done with it and we can get rid of that stuff!). It will have our coffee table up there soon, since my brother is giving us their boys' train table they don't use anymore, since Madison is suddenly into trains for whatever reason. So there isn't a lot of room up there since the pool table (with Madison's outgrown 2T clothes on it!!!) is in the middle of the room. We just need to get rid of it, since we never use it. So what I really need to do is clean out my office, which we never use anymore since we got a laptop last year, and make that the spare room to put outgrown toys that are waiting for use by the next kid! Man, this is going to take a LOT of work, and I dont think it will all get done this week...my last week of vacation!
Here is my to-do list:
- put away Christmas tree and boxes
- put away all the kids' new toys, organized in some manner
- put coffee table upstairs, and train table in it's place
- clear out front room
- clean girls' outgrown infant clothes off the kitchen table, taking out ones to keep
- clean out my office...boy that'll take a while!
- move toys from andrew's room down to my new, clean office! lol
- clean corner counter in kitchen
- paint andrew's room
- get crib from my brother's house for Andrew
- order word wall words for Andrew
- decorate Andrew's room
- pull out boys' baby clothes that my brother gave me
- get my friend's baby boy clothes she is going to give me and organize them
- clean garage (sell/get rid of Christmas houses, Gordon's ab thingy, wood, toddler bed...anyone need one?)
